Cancellation Rules and Regulations

• 15 % of the Tour Cost / Package would be forfeited for cancellation made before 10 days of arrival date at hotel.
• 50 % of the Tour Cost / Package will be forfeited for cancellation made before 10 days to 96 hrs of arrival date at hotel.
• No refund for the cancellation made within 4 days prior to Check-In Date.
• Preponement / Postponement of any booking will be treated as Cancellation and is liable fo cancellation charges as mentioned above.
• Any delay or cancellation of hotel booking on account of cancellation of flights or any other transport arrangements due to bad weather or other natural cause will be liable for cancellation charges as mentioned above.
