All the rates quoted on our site are per room per night for the duration of the WHOLE STAY requested.

We'll send you an email confirmation from confirmations@kullu-manali.net for your hotel booking. And You can also contact the hotel directly if you prefer.
How do I cancel my hotel booking?
You can cancel your hotel booking by either calling on +91 9210932736 or by writing us at cancellations@kullu-manali.net
What are the cancellation charges?
In short, it depends and in long answer - cancellation charges depend on the hotel, time of stay ('season' time, 'off-season' time), and time of cancellation. To know what's applicable in your case, check the Terms & Conditions.
How will I get my money back after cancelling a hotel booking?
We will credit the money back to the same account you used while making the booking.
How long does it take to process this refund?
We usually process the refund within 6 working days from the cancellation request. However, it may take slightly longer to reflect in your account statement as this depends upon your bank. We've noticed that it takes about 14 working days for most refunds to hit their respective accounts.
What are the necessary identity proofs to be carried along with the hotel voucher?
Hotel Booking is not transferable and is valid only if one of the traveller presents any of the five Identity Cards:

1. Voter Identity Card
2. Passport
3. Pan Card
4. Driving License
5. Photo Id Card of Central / State Government

I've lost my ticket. What do I do now?
A copy of the ticket would have been sent to you by e-mail when you booked the ticket. Please take a printout of that mail and produce it at the time of boarding. If you have not received the ticket e-mail, please call us on +91 9210932736 and a Kullu-manali.net executive will send you a copy by mail.
Is it mandatory to take a printout of the ticket?
Yes. It is a must to take a printout of the ticket and produce it at the time of boarding. If the ticket is booked online, an e-ticket is presented after the booking process is complete and a copy is sent by e-mail too.
